I wish to express my gratitude for your timely and proficient work in completing my home's roof replacement.

My wife and I were both impressed with your company's diligence and your customer service professionalism. You came right out to offer an estimate answering all our questions and listening to what we wanted. This can not be said of all roofing contractors in our area. We sought several bids to compare before deciding. One company came right out and did a measure but the bid never came. One company said they would come out and bid but never showed up even to measure. Another company told us they "don't come that far over in the county".  And yet two others never called back. We finally did get two bids from two of your competitors, one professionally written up and one on a scrap of paper. It turned out all three were within $120.00 of each other, so due to your professionalism and quick response time we decided to contract with you.

We knew that we had made the right decision as soon as you began work. Besides being a day earlier then scheduled, your crew arrived early and went straight to work. They were mindful of our landscaping, prepping the area an taking care not to leave behind any damage. I even  worried about your work crew, I believe they  worked so hard they never even took a break. By the end of the day our old roof was gone and we had an entire new roof, completely done and just as we wanted.

When you  left, everything was cleaned up and checked twice. I appreciated that you even went out of your way to repair a small part of our lawn damaged by a delivery person that was not even affiliated with your company. Thank you again for your diligence and professionalism in all that you did. You may use us and our home as a reference anytime.

Gentlemen;

Thank you for a fantastic re-roofing job at our home this past week.

Faced with fairly extreme storm damage, we contacted you early one morning. Early that afternoon, Brian was here, gave us an quotation, and we scheduled our job to begin just a few days later.

Brian was extremely professional, his presentation was complete, he answered the couple of questions we had, and we were set to go.

Despite freezing temperatures, your FANTASTIC crew arrived as scheduled, along with Brian, and began work right away.  I cannot say enough about your crew; polite, and work like I have seen few work before.  Due to the weather, they could only finish about 90% of the job that day, Friday, but, as promised, were back Saturday morning and wrapped up the job professionally.

We are TOTALLY happy.  We have recommended you to three other people so far and plan on recommending you to everyone we know.

Brian's follow up to insure our satisfaction was excellent.

 It was a pleasure working with you and your crew last week (5/5/10). Everyone was so professional and extremely quick. What I thought would take at least 2-3 days was done in 1 day.
The clean up was the best. I couldn�t really tell that you�d been there. The roof looks great. It is currently raining, but I can�t hear it.
